Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing Time

After you receive your order confirmation email, we process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when we ship your order or when it’s ready for pickup.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are based on weight and will be displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $95 within the U.S.

Flat-Rate Shipping by Weight:

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Flat rate based on weight
Express Shipping (2–3 business days): Flat rate based on weight

Shipping estimates, including expected delivery dates, will be shown at checkout.

Order Status

When we ship your order, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you do not receive your order within seven days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@homekeepstudio.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

USPS: Ships to P.O. boxes.
UPS: Does not ship to P.O. boxes.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

All sales are final. Each Homekeep Studio piece is handmade and, in many cases, made to order. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing, and feel free to contact us with any questions prior to placing an order.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@homekeepstudio.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will work with you toward a satisfactory resolution.

If an item is damaged in transit, a replacement will be issued when available. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the item. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
