Order Processing Time
After you receive your order confirmation email, we process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive another notification when we ship your order or when it’s ready for pickup.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are based on weight and will be displayed at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 within the U.S.
Flat-Rate Shipping by Weight:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Flat rate based on weight
- Express Shipping (2–3 business days): Flat rate based on weight
- Standard Shipping for Books (Media Mail, 5–10 business days): $4 flat rate
Shipping estimates, including expected delivery dates, will be shown at checkout.
Media Mail for Book Items
We now offer Media Mail shipping for book items. If your order contains both books and non-book items, please note that only the books will be shipped via Media Mail, and they may be shipped separately. All other items will be shipped using the selected shipping method.
Example: If you select Media Mail for an order that includes books and non-book items, the books will be sent separately via Media Mail, while the non-book items will be shipped with your chosen shipping method. However, all items may be shipped together if you choose a different shipping option.
Local Delivery Information
We are pleased to offer local delivery for customers in the Santa Fe, NM area!
Delivery Days and Times:
Monday and Wednesday, 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
Delivery Areas:
- Zone 1: Up to 8 miles from our location, $5 delivery fee, free for orders over $75.
- Zone 2: 8-10 miles from our location, $10 delivery fee, free for orders over $75.
Order Minimum: Local delivery is available for orders over $25.
Order Processing:
Orders placed by 12:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery day. Orders placed after this time will be processed for the following delivery day.
Contactless Delivery:
For your safety and convenience, we offer contactless delivery. Our driver will notify you when they are approaching and will leave the package at your designated location.
Special Instructions:
Please provide any special delivery instructions in the 'Notes' section at checkout, such as gate codes or specific drop-off locations.
Order Status
When we ship your order, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you do not receive your order within seven days of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@homekeepstudio.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
- USPS: Ships to P.O. boxes.
- UPS: Does not ship to P.O. boxes.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
All sales are final. Please review the product description and photos to understand the item's condition before purchasing. When buying vintage and second-hand items, they will show some signs of natural age, wear, and patina. If you have any questions before purchasing, please feel free to reach out.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us within seven days at info@homekeepstudio.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction. See our full return policy.
