Returns for Damaged Items

We accept returns for a refund or exchange for items damaged in transit. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Eligibility:

    • To be eligible for a refund, you must email us within seven days of receiving the item at info@homekeepstudio.com to alert us of the damage. Include your order number and a photo of the item's condition in the email.
    • Return the damaged item to us. Returned items must be in the original condition and packaging.
    • Upon receiving the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the total purchase price of your item.
  • Proof of Purchase:

    • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Partial Refunds:

    • There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
      • Books with obvious signs of use.
      • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your replacement or refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method.
