Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. Each Homekeep Studio piece is handmade and, in many cases, made to order. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing, and contact us with any questions prior to placing an order.
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@homekeepstudio.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis, and we will work with you toward a satisfactory resolution.
If an item is damaged in transit, a replacement will be issued when available. If a replacement is not available, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the item. Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via email. If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

- Opening order $150
- Reorders $100
- Minimum 2 per SKU on candleholders
- Minimum 3 per SKU on ornaments and accessories
Lead Time
- Standard 2–3 weeks · Holiday 3–4 weeks
- Rush requests considered case by case
Payment
- Invoices issued through QuickBooks
- Payment due before shipment
- ACH, credit card, and PayPal accepted
Shipping
- Ships from Santa Fe, NM via USPS or UPS
- Shipping cost added to invoice
- All packaging eco-conscious and recyclable
Returns / Damages
- Report any damages within 5 business days of receipt
- Returns accepted only for defective items
Display & Photography
- Retailers may use Homekeep Studio photos with credit
- Items must be sold under the Homekeep Studio name
