Refund & Exchange Policy

Each piece from Homekeep Studio is handmade and, in many cases, made to order. Because of this, all sales are final. I encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out before purchasing if you have any questions. I am happy to help.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days of delivery at info@homekeepstudio.com. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. Damaged items will be replaced when inventory allows, or refunded at the purchase price if a replacement is not available.

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging. Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
